This qualification in Certificate III in Early Childhood Education and Care reflects the role of workers in a range of early childhood education settings who work within the requirements of the Education and Care Services National Regulations and the National Quality Standard. They support the implementation of an approved learning framework, and support children’s wellbeing, learning and development. Educators who complete a Cert III in Childcare use a range of well-developed skills and knowledge using discretion and judgment when carrying out their work in the context of established policies and procedures. Depending on the setting, educators may work under direct supervision or autonomously.

You will be able to gain first-hand experience across a range of early childhood education environments and age groups (babies, toddlers and childhood) to prepare you for success in the early childhood industry.
